‘Captain, are you certain this is the most efficient method to do make-up application?’
'Yes Spock, I am’
'And it’s Jim when we’re off duty.’

I would’ve killed to be in the pitch room when they were coming up with starting TOS season 2 off with Amok Time.
“Hey guys what if we bring the series back with Spock going into a horny rage due to a reoccurring 7 year Vulcan heat that gets solved by rolling around in the sand with his captain and ends with the only smile we see from him not under the influence of something when he thinks he killed Kirk but finds out he didn’t actually.”
A room full of maniacs: “go on.”
Deathwatch, an adaptation of Jean Genet’s Haute Surveillance, was one of the first American films to openly depict homosexuality and to market itself to a gay audience. Released in 1965, it was a daring exploration of Genet’s themes of crime and sexuality in a time when homosexuality was illegal in the United States, which resulted in its being largely buried. Additionally, it was a passion project for Leonard Nimoy, who produced and starred in the film a year before he forever changed popular culture as Mr. Spock in Star Trek. Currently, Deathwatch is only available as low quality, unofficial snippets and files. Such an important and fascinating film should receive an official rerelease in order to reach a wider audience and to rectify the censorship which has buried it since its release. We humbly ask that those with the power make Deathwatch officially available.
I love this show I can’t draw anything else lately help me 💖✨
